Tap dancing is a sophisticated, intricate form of entertainment offering rhythmic sensations and visual amazement through fast moving feet.

the Tap Arts Project has a varied repertoire including traditional rhythmic sequences, modern & unique dances and ways to get the audience participating.

Community

the Tap Arts Project participates in multiple community performance events around Wellington throughout the year. In 2006, the TAP performed at the Newtown Fair and Variety show, International Dance Day, Island Bay Dance Festival and Reading Courtenay Dance Fest to name a few.  So far in 2007, the Tap Arts Project has performed at International Dance Day and is planning to participate in September's Dance Your Socks Off Festival with performances and workshops all over Wellington.

Corporate

The TAP is available to perform dances of various styles at corporate events such as Christmas parties and fundraisers around the Wellington region.
